About
My journey began as a grassroots social justice activist and community organizer. As a queer, multiracial South Asian femme and racialized settler on Turtle Island, I came to understand the deep connections between personal experiences and broader political issues. I dedicated much of my early work to empowering women, the South Asian community, BIPOC communities, queer and trans liberation, migrant rights, anti-colonial efforts, and disability justice. Driven by a desire to better address the impacts of oppression and trauma in people’s lives, I completed a Master’s in Social Work (MSW). This decision was rooted in my belief that healing from trauma is an essential part of the journey toward our collective liberation. I am continually inspired by the resilience and creativity of the human spirit.

I am here to support you in finding peace, balance, and the freedom to thrive within a world that often feels challenging. Our work honours your path toward healing and empowerment.
